Atlanta Motorsports Sales LLC ("Atlanta Motorsports," "we," "us" or "our") is an independent motor vehicle dealer located at 10390 Alpharetta St, Suite 510, Roswell, Georgia 30075. We sell vehicles locally and to buyers nationwide, arrange financing, and arrange vehicle transport. RevList is the customer communication and documentation system we use to manage inquiries, send you emails and text messages, and give you secure links to view, sign and upload documents, track a shipment, and contact our support team.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains what information we collect about you, where it comes from, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, how we protect it, and the choices and rights you have. It also contains our Text Messaging Program Terms and our Electronic Records and Signatures Disclosure. Please read it carefully. By contacting us, giving us your information, or using a RevList link, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy.
This Policy applies to information we collect when you:
"Personal information" means information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked with you or your household. It does not include information that has been de-identified or aggregated so that it can no longer reasonably be linked to you.
This Policy does not apply to information handled by other companies under their own privacy policies, such as a lender you apply with directly, a listing site you use to contact us, or a transport carrier's own systems. Where you finance a vehicle, our separate financial privacy notice also applies (see section 13).
The table below describes the categories of personal information we collect, examples of each, and why we collect it. We collect only what we reasonably need for these purposes.

We do not ask for full card or bank account numbers by text or email |

| Preferences | Your marketing and texting preferences, opt-outs, vehicles you are interested in | To honor your choices and send relevant information |
Sensitive information. Some information we collect, such as a driver's license number, precise vehicle location during a shipment or under a financing agreement, and financial account details you choose to provide, may be considered sensitive under some laws. We use it only for the purposes described here, which are necessary to provide what you request, and we do not use it to infer characteristics about you or for advertising.
We will not use your personal information for purposes that are materially different from those described here without telling you and, where required, getting your consent.
These terms apply to text messages (SMS and MMS) sent by or on behalf of Atlanta Motorsports, including through RevList.
Atlanta Motorsports sends text messages to customers and people who have contacted us about vehicles. Messages may include replies to your questions, vehicle information and photos, appointment and test drive scheduling, purchase and document notices, links to view or sign documents, payment and deposit information, title and tag updates, shipment and delivery updates, customer support and complaint updates, and follow-ups or offers about vehicles you showed interest in.
Reply HELP for help, or contact us at atlantamotorsports.sales@gmail.com or (770) 545-8377.
We send sales and follow-up texts only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in your local time zone, with earlier cut-off times where state law requires, unless you are texting with us at the time. Updates you request, or that relate to an active purchase, payment or shipment, may occasionally be sent outside those hours. We limit repeated messages to people who have not replied.
Supported carriers include all major U.S. wireless carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.
If we give you our emergency transport line for problems with a carrier at delivery, it accepts text messages only and is monitored for that purpose. Do not use it for other questions.
Our text messages are sent through our phone and messaging provider, RingCentral, not through our website or its website provider.
Many of our messages contain a link unique to you, for example to a bill of sale, agreement, tracking page or upload form. When you open, view or submit one of these links, our systems record the date and time, your IP address, and information your browser sends, such as browser and device type. We use this to deliver and secure the page, prevent fraud, confirm that a document was delivered, viewed or signed, and count how often a shipment tracking page is checked. Anyone who has your link can open it, so please do not forward it.
RevList pages use only the small amount of browser storage needed to work, for example to remember that a tracking page refreshed itself so it is not counted as a new visit. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers on RevList pages, and we do not sell or share information collected on them for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Because RevList pages do not use advertising tracking, there is nothing for a browser's "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. Where state law requires us to treat Global Privacy Control as an opt-out of sale or sharing, we do so; as noted, we do not sell or share personal information in that way.
We may ask for a copy of your driver's license or other identification to verify your identity, prevent fraud, allow a test drive, complete title, registration and tag paperwork, and meet legal requirements. When you upload an ID through RevList, it is sent over a secure connection and stored in access-restricted storage that only authorized staff can view. We do not use ID images for marketing, and we share them only with the parties described in section 12 who need them to complete your transaction (for example a title office or lender), or as required by law.
We offer you the option to receive, review and sign documents electronically. Please read this disclosure before you sign electronically.
Clear, complete records protect both you and us. We keep the documents you sign and view, your signatures, the dates, times, IP addresses and device details associated with them, copies of emails, texts and call records, staff notes, files you upload, and our responses to any concern or complaint. We use these records to:
We keep these records even if you opt out of marketing messages, for as long as described in section 14. Concerns and complaints are handled in writing so that both sides have a clear, accurate record.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share personal information only as described below, and only as much as is needed for the purpose.
Companies that provide services to us under contracts or terms that limit their use of your information to providing those services:
We may disclose information if we believe in good faith it is reasonably necessary to: comply with a law, regulation, court order, subpoena or other legal process; respond to lawful requests from government authorities; detect, prevent or address fraud, security or technical issues; protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, staff, business or others; or establish, exercise or defend legal claims, including sharing with our attorneys, insurers, auditors and professional advisors, who are bound by confidentiality obligations.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of all or part of our business or assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. The recipient will be required to protect it consistent with this Policy.
We may share information for other purposes with your permission or at your direction, for example if you ask us to send documents to a family member, your attorney or your insurer.
We may use and share information that has been de-identified or aggregated so it can no longer reasonably identify you, for example totals of vehicles shipped. We will not try to re-identify it.
If you apply for financing, or finance or lease a vehicle through us, the nonpublic personal information you give us for that purpose is also protected by the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. We provide you a separate financial privacy notice when you apply, which explains how that information is shared and any choices you have. If that notice and this Policy differ about financial information, the financial privacy notice controls. Please never send a full Social Security number, bank account number or card number by text or email; we will tell you a secure way to provide information a lender requires.
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes in this Policy, including to meet legal, tax, accounting and record-keeping requirements and to resolve disputes. Typical periods:
| Type of record | How long we generally keep it |
|---|---|
| Sale, title, odometer, tax and payment records, and signed documents | At least 5 years after the sale, or longer if required by law |
| Financing records | For the life of the account plus the period required by law |
| Communications and notes about a sale | As long as the related sale records |
| Complaints, claims, settlements and related evidence | At least 5 years after the matter is closed, and as long as any legal claim may be brought |
| Inquiries that did not lead to a sale | While we may reasonably follow up, and generally no more than 5 years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner |
| Identity document images | As long as needed for the transaction and required records, then deleted |
| Opt-out and do-not-contact records | Kept so we continue honoring your choice |
| Link view, IP address and device records | As long as the document or record they relate to |
We may keep information longer if it is subject to a legal hold, an open dispute, an investigation, or a legal claim. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
We may keep information when we need it to complete a transaction you requested; comply with a legal obligation (for example title, tax, odometer and record-keeping laws); keep records of a sale, financing account or agreement; detect fraud or security incidents; resolve a complaint or dispute; or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. If we cannot fully honor a request, we will tell you why.
Email atlantamotorsports.sales@gmail.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line, or write to us at the address in section 26. Tell us what you would like us to do. To protect you, we will verify your identity before acting, usually by matching information we already have, such as your name, phone number, email and a recent transaction. We respond within 45 days, and if we need more time (up to an additional 45 days where the law allows), we will tell you why.
Where the law allows, you may use an authorized agent to make a request for you. We may ask the agent for proof of authority and ask you to verify your identity directly. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with "Appeal" in the subject line. We will respond to appeals within the time required by law and explain our decision. If you are not satisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.
We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.
Several U.S. states give residents additional privacy rights. Some of these laws apply only to businesses that meet certain size or data-volume thresholds. Whether or not a particular law applies to us, we aim to honor the rights in section 15 for every customer.
If the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA), applies to us, California residents have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use and disclose; to delete and correct personal information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Residents of states such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Delaware, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland and others may have rights to confirm whether we process their personal information, and to access, correct, delete and obtain a portable copy of it, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data and certain profiling. We do not sell personal data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. To exercise any of these rights, or to appeal a decision, follow section 15.
We do not sell covered information as defined under Nevada law. You may still submit a request by contacting us.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, including:
No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You help protect your information by not forwarding your secure links, using a secure device, and contacting us right away if you believe a link or account has been misused.
If we learn of a security breach that affects your personal information, we will investigate, take steps to contain it, and notify you and any regulators as required by applicable law, including the Georgia breach notification law (O.C.G.A. § 10-1-910 et seq.) and the laws of the state where you live, without unreasonable delay.
Our services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to buy, finance or sign documents with us or to receive our text messages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may use automated tools, including AI writing assistance, to help draft messages and organize information, for example to suggest a reply or summarize an inquiry. We do not use automated decision-making to make decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects, such as approving or denying credit; credit decisions are made by lenders under their own policies and the law.
If you post a review, comment or other content about us on a public website or social media, it may be seen by others, and that site's own privacy policy applies. If we would like to feature your review or testimonial in our own marketing, we will ask for your permission first. Leaving a review is always optional, and we do not offer anything in exchange for a positive review. Nothing in this Policy limits your right to post honest reviews or to communicate with any government agency.
Our messages and pages may link to other websites and services, such as vehicle listing sites, lenders, carriers, map services and review sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, which are governed by their own policies. Please review those policies before giving them information.
We are located in the United States and our services are intended for people in the United States. Your information is stored and processed in the United States by us and our service providers.
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services or the law. We will post the updated Policy on this page and change the "last updated" date at the top. If we make a material change to how we use or share personal information we already have, we will notify you by email, text or a notice in our messages before the change applies, and get your consent where required by law.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your state of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived. Any dispute about a purchase or financing transaction is governed by the dispute resolution terms in your purchase or financing documents, if any. This Policy describes our practices; it does not create contractual rights beyond those provided by law or your transaction documents.
If you have a disability and need this Policy in a different format, contact us and we will provide it in a format that works for you. This Policy is available to print or save from your browser.
